Executive Leadership

Caryn Bradley, PhD
CEO
Neonatal Clinician and Feeding Expert
(35+ years)
Dr. Bradley leads the team with over 35 years in the pediatric/neonatal space. Dr. Bradley is also responsible for scientific management at NeoCare Innovations including development of research protocols and adherence to human protection policies/HIPPA regulations. She is also a Health Sciences Clinical Associate Professor in the University of California, Irvine (UCI) School of Medicine and a research scientist in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at UCI Medical Center
As a neonatal physical therapist with doctoral training in health sciences and clinical research, she is skilled in translational research focusing on the relationship between breathing patterns and oral feeding outcomes in sick and preterm infants. She is a thought leader in NICU clinical research, evidenced based practice and neonatal innovation. Her expertise as a neonatal therapist and feeding specialist, working clinically with infants in the NICU, provides direct experience in the challenge of identifying respiratory patterns. Dr. Bradley’s dissatisfaction with the current solution and her passion to create better patient outcomes inspired her to found this company.

William C. Tang received his PhD degree in EECS from the University of California, Berkeley. He is internationally recognized as one of the pioneering contributors to Micro-electromechanical Systems (MEMS). His invention of the MEMS comb-drive device was the most widely cited work in the field for over two decades. Since his graduation, Dr. Tang contributed to the automotive industry at Ford Motor Company and later to space exploration at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
Subsequently, he served at the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) as the Program Manager for various MEMS programs, which was the single largest US federal funding source for MEMS at the time. In 2002, he was appointed Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of California, Irvine, researching and developing microtechnology for biomedical applications. He was the first Associate Dean for Research in the Henry Samueli School of Engineering from 2008 to 2013. In 2023, he retired from UC Irvine and has been the Chief Technology Officer of NeoCare Innovations, Inc., since 2024, leading the efforts in product research, development, and commercialization
